Liberty Mutual Personal Market Product Operations is actively searching for a Business Analyst with a strong process improvement background to provide support and expertise for its operational Process Improvement team. In this role you will use Lean and Six Sigma techniques to identify, design, drive and implement business process improvements that improve quality, speed and efficiency results. In addition you will support the development of a quality culture through training, management feedback, and the development of improved foundational capabilities (e.g. reporting infrastructure, process repository).

Responsibilities:
Identify, plan and implement operational improvements to achieve organizational efficiency and quality improvement goals.
Manage all phases of the project life cycle, from project initiation through implementation. Build effort-driven project plans and manage execution to meet or exceed baseline target dates.
Partner with operational teams to achieve operational goals through the use of continuous improvement tools and techniques.
Work with other departments to coordinate activities and project work in order to ensure that Liberty meets customer expectations. Assist in problem resolution as needed to ensure that customers receive prompt, efficient service in accordance with company policies.
Analyze operational reports to identify & interpret trends, variances and business performance. Communicate findings in a clear and concise format.
Assist others with conducting business research by gathering data, identifying options, performing cost-benefits analyses, and creating non-routine reports with detailed analyses and/or proposals to create or revise management policies, business processes and services provided to customers.
Provide standard operating reports for production-oriented activities by entering and extracting information from various applications and systems, manipulating data in spreadsheets/databases; identifying and researching anomalies; and making corrections as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience.
2-5 years related experience.
Strong self-development focus. Must have an enthusiasm to learn.
Strong background in process improvement, project management, and facilitation.
Lean and/or Six Sigma certification desired.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
High level of proficiency with MS Office suite, including Excel, Visio and Project.
Experience with Hyperion, SAS or similar reporting tools is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply standard policies, procedures and other established guidelines.
Effective communication skills for exchanging routine and non-routine information (verbally and in writing) with people inside and outside the Company.
