Summary:
Provides technical consulting on highly complex projects and calculations. Devises or modifies procedures to solve medium to highly complex problems. Strong leadership of projects or subprojects of medium to high technical complexity and responsible for directing and monitoring the work of team members. Responsible for system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Responsible for quality assurance review. Provides strong coaching and guidance to the Finance and Billing team. Working with financially driven applications so financial knowledge is a plus.

Thorough understanding of layered systems architectures and layered solutions and designs. Publishing experience a plus. Highly proficient in software engineering languages and tools; ability to develop on multiple platforms.
