The Web Producer will coordinate, manage and update marketing content on both the Life Agent Website and the site for the Life Company. The position is responsible for ensuring consistency with the website vision and style guide, while keeping content fresh and dynamic. Successful candidates will have hands-on experience managing web and content production; understand information architecture, user experience, interactive design, visual design initiatives, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded professional with strong customer-service focus and committed to delivering innovative, high-quality web interface solutions. Candidates must also be able to work independently, handle multiple responsibilities concurrently, and work well under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities:
Manages individual projects to ensure delivery of objectives and timing.
Develop and manage web production schedule and adhere to SLAs to meet client expectations through clearly identified and communicated project schedules.
Builds projects plans and coordinates with cross-functional team members to ensure deliverables are achieved.
Responsible for working with internal clients to evaluate their content requests, provide constructive feedback and translate the content to meet marketing best practices.
Effectively anticipate & identify potential obstacles. Proactively generate solutions to ensure accurate implementation of campaigns which yield to a clean user experience.
Supports project communications and key milestones; Manage and maintain project status.
Executes monthly release cycles and coordinates QA testing.
Identify and execute opportunities for improving content or processes.
Plans and executes content builds. Partner with content owners and content managers to publish and update site content on time per business priorities and timelines.
Utilize web analytics and performance data to recommend strategy and improvements to the sites.
Provide digital graphic production art support.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years related experience.
Extensive knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies as well as business process and information flow.
Experience and proven track record updating websites utilizing a web content management system.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Must be self-directed, results oriented; with the proven ability to problem solve
Understanding of business practices common across many businesses.
Experience working cross-functionally within a team and/or departments with a keen focus on internal customer service and end-user experience.
Extensive understanding of re-engineering approaches.
General knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies.
General knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures.
Negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products. Photoshop and HTML experience preferred
