Under the general direction of the Quality Assurance Specialist, the chosen candidate for the Quality Assurance Assistant position will perform tasks related to the data analysis as well as reporting processes that are generated by the Data & Reporting Services. The individual will also ensure that the released data is up to the required specifications and set deadlines.
The additional Quality Assurance Assistant responsibilities will include the following:
- Review documentation and templates for solid compliance with input from customer specifications and program management, as well as grammar, format and spelling.
- Apply the multi step protocol of the quality assurance function to contract reporting production the comprises reports web delivery, files, reports and all the other deliverables in order to make certain all contracts deliverables are released within the deadline, without errors and in accordance with the clients' demands.
- Conduct independent verification of numerical calculations as applicable.
- Set clear and accurate communication of reporting issues to data analyst, data processors and report programmers, verifying resolutions and documenting issues.
- Produce and run test cases in order to evaluate the completeness and accuracy of the reporting programs.
- Supervise and coach temporary employees performing assignments regarding the quality assurance.
- Work both in a friendly team and independently.
- Apply solid organizational and analytical skills that cover attention to every single detail and thoroughness.
Requirement
The candidate we will choose for the Project Management role must respond to the following requirements regarding the professionalism level:
- Strong willingness to travel.
- Bachelor's Degree in the related discipline.
- Great organizational skills and ability to concentrate on the smallest details.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to professionally communicate in English - in both written and oral form.
- Excellent presentation skills.
