We are looking for top talent to join our award winning team. We are looking for a full-time professional Staffing Specialist to service both our field employees and our client companies in our Dover office.
This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to both our field employees and our client companies. Duties include screening, interviewing, assessing, hiring and matching the most qualified applicants for available positions. Ongoing support and service to both our employees and client companies is also required. Position includes high level of communication with client companies, development of recruitment sources, and building client relationships.
Successful candidates should have experience servicing a wide range of customers, and providing critical follow-up on a daily basis all while providing the highest standards of customer service at all times. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong decision making and problem solving skills, and the ability to manage multi-tasked day in a fast paced environment. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, have a high sense of urgency, and strong problem solving skills. Prior recruiting, interviewing, or hiring experience is preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
