Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by management - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or jewelry sales - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to learn technical aspects of products and explain them to customers - Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor Note:
