Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Dover, NH, is a beautifully renovated 54 bed facility offering short- and long-term care in a warm and supportive atmosphere where residents are cared for according to their individual needs.
We are seeking a full time (40 hour/week) Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with management experience in a skilled nursing facility.
We currently have a full time opening for a Unit Manager.
We are offering sign-on bonuses depending on work schedule.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Day-to-day coordinator and 24-hour over-sight of the unit.
Monitor resident care by licensed nurses & LNA's.
Ensure resident care and documentation is in compliance with HIPPA, State and Federal regulations for healthcare.
Ensure physician orders are being followed, monitor medication & treatment schedules, and MDS documentation is accurate.
Work collaborative with other departments, assists ADON, working most closely and under the direction of the Director of Nurses.
Assess, plan, implement and monitor resident care to ensure that care needs are being met Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses, LNAs and LMNAs and the care provided to residents on the assigned unit.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license or Practical Nurse license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing 2-3 years of long-term care(preferred) Supervisory experience Must be punctual ,dependable and demonstrate compassion and patience Excellent communication skills; must be able to read, write and speak English Must be team-oriented All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin, marital or familial status, age or mental or physical handicap.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
