Our team of craftsman have been working together for a long time and we are seeking members to learn the trade and become members of the team.
Job
Summary:
We are looking for generalized production help.
Responsibilities include:
Ram press operation Glazing Slip casting, trimming and accurate data collection Assistance with unloading, sanding and grading kilns.
Moving racks and stocking retail store General production responsibilities.
Applicants should:
Have an interest in pottery production and have a strong attention to detail.
MUST be able to follow established procedures, take direction, and follow safety precautions.
Utilize clear communication skills.
Have the ability to realize, identify, and communicate mishaps in production caused by oneself or a co-worker without defensiveness or placing blame.
Physical exertions include:
Repetitive bending Lifting of ware boards and molds Repetitive hand/arm movements.
Moving of wheeled racks and maneuvering racks within the production facility.
Applicants must be able to commit to and maintain a 37-40-hour work week and follow the work schedule from 7:
00 am-3:
30 pm M-F.
