JOB DESCRIPTION
4 Provide production support of legacy applications using Sybase SQL on UNIX
4 Provide levels 1, 2 and 3 support including operations, problems and incidents management, bug fixes, changes and customer requests management
4 Comply strictly with SLAs
4 Provide application maintenance services
4 Work with analysts, team members, and business users to fully understand requirements and processes.
4 Develop functional enhancements, and perform application maintenance.
4 Work with other team members to develop and implement enhancements to applications.
4 Investigate and resolve bugs identified after communication directly with end users.
4 Participate in collaborative discussions with team members to monitor progress against an enhancement queue and bug resolution timelines.
4 Provide in-house support and functional assistance to end users.
4 Assist in preparing LOE's and design specifications.
4 Prepare technical documentation for delivered functions.
4 Develop and unit test all the assigned code and help in the completion of system testing.
4 Should support non-production environments for both application and projects enhancements.
