RESPONSIBILITIES
Upgrading all layered products owned by the CMIT Middleware team
Working with CMIT application teams to troubleshoot issues across all layers of the application environment
Participating in On Call and Subject Matter Expert rotations
this includes responding to requests from clients as well as responding to pages for incidents
Installing and configuring new application environments as requested
System Administrators are also expected to carry a blackberry.

Ability to resolve complex problems across all application environment layers
