Liberty Mutual Commercial Insurance IT is actively searching for a Sr. IT Project Coordinator. Commercial Insurance IT supports the Commercial Insurance business group which is the fourth largest commercial insurer in the US. Commercial Insurance IT leverages strengths to continue to simplify operations and invest in new technologies that provide competitive advantage.
This position will directly support the Safeco Salesforce and Mobility team. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and facilitating the work intake process, coordinating release management, and managing small enhancement work through all phases of the software development lifecycle. This position requires excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills and the ability to multitask simultaneous efforts. The candidate will work closely with management, business personnel, and other developers to deliver strategic solutions which meet the business needs.
Responsibilities:

Coordinates efforts of team members to match customer requests/requirements to available project/service offerings.

Provides direction and guidance for the completion of project deliverables, such as Statements of Work.

Develops project plans, tracks status, and updates system and business owners on progress.

Acts as the first escalation point for missed SLA's and subsequent escalation to management.

Manages the tools and develops the requirements for all metrics and reporting of service delivery.

Coordinates with system and business owners to implement requirements.

Communicates with internal and external customers, vendors, and other teams as appropriate for the completion of standard and lower complexity custom project deliverables.

Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years related experience.
Practical knowledge of and experience applying project management methodologies to projects or other assignments.
Negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, methodologies, architectures and technical standards.
Ability to foster strong working relationships in a team environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
