As a Customer Service Representative you will under limited supervision, perform a full range of customer service functions. You will Control the review, administration and system processing of policy change requests, financial transactions, customer inquiries, reinstatements, and contract modifications. This role requires the ability to identify problems and resolve complex issues as well as good customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
Provides outstanding customer service to all telephone, electronic, and written inquiries. Conducts administrative services associated with processing functions, including financial and non-financial transactions.
Resolves complex customer service issues. Works with and offers solutions to manager on prioritizing team and individual efforts to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of workflow. Actively participates in group discussions related to business process and management.
Conducts analysis and data entry of service requests, requiring an in-depth knowledge of all Liberty Life products. Maintains policy information in the policy administration system. Completes necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions. Demonstrates the initiative to make well thought out decisions when deviating from department guidelines.
Identifies and analyzes trends and training opportunities. Utilizes system knowledge to address advanced transactions, solve problems and participate in user acceptance testing of new systems and products.
Communicates via telephone and in writing with internal departments, sales offices and policyholders regarding policy inquiries and service requests as well as offering information on Liberty Life products.
Updates policy information, schedules, assigns or acts on required follow-up in accordance with department guidelines. Proactively monitors work in process to assure service standards are met.
Provides leadership to less tenured department employees.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service, proven verbal and written communication skills
Associate''s Degree or three plus years of related experience.
Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office applications and mastery of administration systems.
Problem solving, analytical and general accounting skills required.
In-depth understanding of Liberty Life products required.
Willingness to pursue continuing education, including industry designations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
