Specific Technical Skill sets:
Base SAS
EBI - ability to use from both a development and knowledge transfer perspective:
Experience with SAS Information Delivery Portal
Experience with Web Report Studio
Experience with Information Map Studio
Experience with OLAP Cube Studio
Experience with SAS Stored Processes
Experience with Enterprise Guide
Experience with Add-in for MS Office
Experience with Access to DB2
Experience with SQL Server and Access to ODBC
Experience with Linux
Experience with GRID Administration
Experience with SAS Administration solely from the perspective of best practices and guidance
General Technical Skill sets:
Significant experience/skills with Unix shell scripting and SAS Macro facility
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production issues
Assisting in development/maintenance of process automation
Ability to multi-task and address complex support issues in a mixed technology environment
Excellent customer service skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
