Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Relocation Analyst to support its Corporate Employee Relocation program. This position provides an opportunity to utilize independent judgment while adhering to company policies. Your professionalism, demeanor, and knowledge of the programs can have a significant impact on a relocating employee''s overall experience.
Responsibilities:
Administers Liberty Mutual Insurance''s Employee Relocation program partnering with third party administrator, HR, Recruiter, Payroll, Manager and employee.
Frequently exercises initiative and independent judgment on issues that arise.
Responsible for continually seeking to improve processes while minimizing costs.
Possesses a solid understanding of Liberty Mutual Insurance''s Relocation policies in order to best provide excellent customer service.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of IRS relocation related regulations and taxation rules in order to ensure company compliance.
Ability to foster and maintain solid relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service focus with the ability to exceed the expectations of our customers.
Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and judgment are needed to make decisions, interpret directions and apply guidelines.
Ability to handle a high volume of activity.
Must be able to maintain control and professionalism when faced with adversity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel a must; basic math skills necessary.
Must be detail-oriented; clear documentation is a must.

1 year in customer service or equivalent experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
