As a Licensing Analyst under limited supervision, you will perform an advance level technical insurance duty which requires special knowledge and/or analytical skills. You will regularly exercises independent judgment in interpreting procedures and regulations as well as resolve problems of varying scope and complexity on your own initiative.

Responsibilities:
Coordinates licensing function and ensures that producers (agents, brokers/or direct sales representatives) remain licensed in accordance with company and state regulations and procedure.
Translates and interprets state regulations and informs producers of licensing requirements.
Establishes and maintains files/database reflecting producer licensing status.
Ensures accuracy of work and reconciles various problems/discrepancies with full responsibility for resolution.
Provides internal and external customer service regarding inquires, providing information.
Offers recommendation to enhance systems applications, work flow and/or operating procedures.
Performs other duties as requested (i.e. agent reports).
Qualifications:
Sound analytical skills and ability to perform detailed work, reviewing applications and state regulations.
Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external customers.
Requires working knowledge of advanced personal and computer applications, licensing procedures, etc.
Knowledge of internal department operations.
High School degree with 2 or more years related work experience
