The Customer Support Team is responsible for managing service requests and ensuring that service calls are handled and completed according to contractual agreements. This position is responsible for monitoring service tickets, responding to customer inquires (email and phone) and escalating any issues to the appropriate resources.
Candidates should have prior customer service service experience, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, patience, and ability to remain calm under pressure. Positions available on 1st and 2nd shifts and part or full time available.
