Leddy Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in Dover to perform a variety of administrative tasks to support all departments of the company.
Position includes primary telephone contact for all customer interactions including answering calls, setting sales or service appointments, mailing customer information, and following up with customers on a variety of issues, and coordinates workflow of all appropriate paperwork and phone calls regarding job proposals including confirmation calls and breaking down job folders.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, excellent customer service and strong computer skills. Candidates should be able to multi-task, have strong organizational skills, and a strong customer focus.
